چکیده
Drought stress is one of the limiting factors for grain filling and yield in wheat. The determinants individual weight depend on current assimilation extent remobilization culm reserves to grains. A pot experiment was conducted with eight wheat cultivars at Pot House study contributions culm, including sheath under drought stress. enforced by restricting irrigation during grain-filling period. plants (tillers) were harvested anthesis, milk-ripe, maturity. changes dry weights leaves, sheath, spikes, grains; contribution determined. Results revealed that considerably decreased duration 15–24% 11–34%. Further, drought-induced early leaf senescence reduced total matter production indicate minimum yield. reserves, water-soluble carbohydrates (WSCs), accumulation WSCs reached peak milk ripe stage control, varied from 28.6 84 mg culm?1 significantly range 14.9 40.6 stressed plants. residual control 1.23 8.12 1.00 3.40 g?1 mass, respectively. BARI Gom 24 exhibited a higher drought, while lowest found Kanchan. Considering their along other studied traits, showed greater tolerance potential grow water deficit conditions comparison cultivars.

Evaluation of Tolerance of Some Soybean Genotypes to Drought Stress
In order to recognize the soybean tolerant genotypes, a greenhouse as factorial experiment was conducted in form of randomized complete block design with three repetition in 2017 in Damavand. The first factor contained 15 soybean genotypes and second factor included two levels of normal irrigation and irrigation disruption in time of podding. The traits included plant height, reproductive ...
متن کاملEvaluation of drought Tolerance Indices in Dryland Bread wheat Genotypes under Post-Anthesis drought Stress
Post-anthesis drought stress is the most important problem affecting wheat production in dryland fields, specially in Mediterranean regions. The main objective of this research was to evaluate drought tolerance indices in dryland wheat genotypes under post-anthesis drought stress. The research was including two different experiments. In each experiment, twenty dryland bread wheat genotypes were...

this thesis aims to adduce an unmitigated and comprehensive explication concerning the relationship of three significant elements of fiction: setting, chracter and theme. my research is basically placed on two outstanding novels of the 19th century: emily brontes wuthering heights and thomas hardys return of the native. my endeavour lies in studying the correlation among the three above-mention...
